If we have to cancel because of bad weather, we will reschedule you or give you a 100% refund.
If a tour is affected, we contact guests by text and email.
Arrival and no-shows
- Please arrive 15 minutes before launch, by 8:15 pm for the 8:30 pm tour.
- Guests who arrive after the arrival time, or at a different launch than the one booked, are recorded as a no-show and cannot be refunded.
